God’s Jewelry Box
God must love jewels. After all, He created them. Heaven is God’s jewelry box containing endless supplies of all gems and treasures found on earth and even more yet to be discovered. There are hundreds of verses in the Bible dealing with over 50 jewels and precious stones. The KJV Bible has an amazing 1,704 references to gemstones and minerals. Seventy-two verses are about treasures, and twenty-four verses speak directly about jewelry. God refers to His people as jewels in a crown that sparkles. The G.A.L.S. began thinking about the connections between their jewelry and God’s Word. Stories with spiritual applications flowed from their jewelry boxes as they dug through their trinkets. Wanting to inspire others to look through their jewelry boxes and find spiritual connections, they created a separate journal called WHAT’S IN YOUR JEWELRY BOX? which is destined to be a legacy gift for your future generations. More heavenly nuggets were found as the G.A.L.S. dug even deeper into God’s word. They discovered the study of the jewels and treasures is and fascinating and important to end times. For a more in depth look of the gems of heaven, they created a Bible study entitled JEWELRY GEMS, which comes with a leader’s guide. Read, study, and reflect about the jewels of heaven and you will stand in awe of our creator and the way He plans and orders every detail of life and eternity.
